About the Reading Test

The NET Test is given on a computer .

On the real NET you will see one question at a time.

When you take the real NET you will use the spacebar and enter key to answer questions.  You will not have a mouse, and you will not be able to use the arrow keys.

After completing the test, identify what areas were most difficult for you. Then follow these suggestions:

1.  Review the strategies for the type of questions you answered incorrectly.

2.  Review the links for the specific type of questions that proved problematic and additional test preparation websites.

3.  Review the explanation for reading comprehension presented in NET TEST REVIEW book. It can be purchased in the bookstore or used in the Learning Lab LRC 200.

4.  Visit the Learning Lab in LRC 200 for further assistance. The reading instructors will set up a NET Prep Program designed for your individual needs.

Good Luck!
